Meet your Developmental Coach

I’m Paula Tufa, a Leadership Developmental Coach who blends head and heart to help leaders unlock their deepest potential.

I bring more than 20 years’ experience in senior HR, OD, and leadership roles, including HR Director at Volkswagen, HR Manager for the CIO at Qantas, and partnerships with SMEs across Australia.

I hold a Masters in Science (Coaching Psychology) from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Business (HR & Marketing). I’m also accredited in Hogan and HBDI, two of the most trusted tools for leadership development.

Wise and heart-based, but unafraid to tell the hard truths, I’m known for creating safety while delivering the insights leaders most need to hear.

My talent lies in getting leaders unstuck so they can step into their true potential and lead with clarity, steadiness, and purpose.
